    We hold a certificate of accreditation to confirm that a broad selection of our files have been examined by a Professional Standards Auditor;  that they are satisfied our office follows good practice and procedures; that we engage in a high level of risk management practices; and  that we have met all criteria of the annual  professional quality assurance program implemented by the NSW Division of Australian Institute of Conveyancers.
  • Authorised Deposit Power deposit guarantee bond agent 
    A deposit bond is a substitute for a cash deposit when purchasing residential property.   It can be used for all or part of the deposit amount up to 10% of the purchase price.  We are authorised agents for Deposit Power and are able to issue Deposit Guarantee Bonds to eligible purchasers.
